Aasia Special Industries (Aasia SI), a Saudi company positioned in Jubail Saudi Arabia was established to provide specialized manufacturing related services for the Aerospace and Defense market of Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region. Aasia SI is positioned on 9000 square meters with a shop floor working space of 4500 square meters. As its name implies “Aasia Special Industries” Aasia SI services target the diverse manufacturing requirements from local Aerospace and Defense clients. Aasia SI’s machine tool and equipment portfolio range can accommodate various Aerospace and Defense related projects and services.

CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE
AASIA SI manufactures precision tooling, weldments, fixtures and provide engineering services for the purpose of manufacturing spare parts for the Aerospace and Defense industry. ASI’s equipment and capabilities portfolio comprises small to large volume machine tools in addition to the latest metrology technologies and engineering cad packages, allowing Aasia SI to cover small to large complex and multi-dimensional parts with critical dimensions. Aasia SI has the ability to perform quality checks with its in-house traditional gantry style CMM machines, or for large weldments and structures, we tackle with our in-house laser tracking CMM which covers structure of 300 meters in length, allowing Aasia SI to validate customer specified physical product features and datum hardpoints which are vital in the design and manufacturing of Aircraft maintenance support structures, fixtures and tooling for production of Aerospace and Defense spare parts.
QUALITY AND CERTIFICATION
ASI is one of the few companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has QMS certified in accordance with international standard AS9100(D).
ASI efforts are heavily focused on, not only maintaining its QMS but, continuously improving towards its goals of reaching the highest customer satisfaction rating.
In Oct., 2022 ASI has been granted “License for Military Equipment Manufacturing” by (GAMI) General Authority for Military Industries of Saudi Arabia
